Dedicated to the wellbeing.

The foundation of Zen Yoga Center is to cultivate wellbeing through meditation and mindfulness practices. Integrating body, mind,  breath, movement, and meditative awareness.  We promote the inter-dependency of all these aspects for personal health and wellbeing.   At Zen Yoga Center, we use our extensive training from teachers both past and present to help students and teachers develop their own practice and life processes.
