Refund Policy

Cancellation notices should be in writing (via email).   From application fee,  $250 is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

 

Cancellation requests must be made prior to 10 days before the start of a Module training session, otherwise will result in forfeiture of the entire fees paid.  Withdrawals from active trainings will result in the loss of all fees.

 

Transfer Policy

Fees paid for the Open Flow Yoga Training Program are non-transferable to another person.  

 

What if there is inclement weather?

During our trainings, there may be a chance of cancellation for unforeseen events, like power outages. For this training, we will do our best to re-schedule the weekend within 60 days of such an event.
