Yogasūtras Discussion & Guided Meditation
This weekly live stream class will focus on the study of Patañjali's Yogasūtra with discussion along with a guided meditation practice. The Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali is a collection of Sanskrit sutras on the philosophy and practice of yoga. The Yoga Sutra was compiled sometime between 500 BC and 400CE by the sage Patanjali in India who synthesized and organized knowledge about yoga from much older traditions.
YOGA on the FARM - OUTDOOR IN PERSON
Enjoy practicing yoga together outdoors, under a large beautiful trees on the serene rolling hill of Old Mills Farms of Durham. All levels are welcome to these outdoor classes unless will otherwise noted. Students are required to bring their own mats, we recommend props but they are not required and water to hydrate. You must register online in advance to participate, class sizes are limited, no refunds for non-attendance. Registration cut-off is 30 minutes prior to class. If you are registered for class, we will notify you if class is cancelled due to inclement weather otherwise please check the schedule.
Wisdom of Bhagavadgitā & Guided Meditation LIVE STREAM Donation Class
Presenting together, Sandeep Kamar Pratak and Micheal Johnson will be offering a weekly live stream class will focus on the Wisdom of the Bhagavadgitā and guided meditation practice. Join them for a deep dive into Yoga Philosophy and practice.

The Bhagavadgitā is a 700-verse Hindu scripture that is part of the epic Mahabharata, dated to the second half of the first millennium BCE. The Bhagavad Gitā is the sealing achievement of the Hindu synthesis, incorporating its various religious traditions, harmonizing spiritual pursuits through action, knowledge and devotion.
